Roger Germann has overseen a major growth spurt and expansion at the Florida Aquarium in the past five-plus years. The budget has grown from $21 million to $42 million in his tenure, and attendance has surpassed 1 million guests. Germann has also significantly raised the profile of the Florida Aquarium, signing partnership agreements with entities like Tampa General Hospital, Feeding Tampa Bay and Junior Achievement.
