Clearwater marketing company now offers AI search optimization

A full-service direct mail and digital marketing company based in Clearwater announced Monday that it will begin offering tools to small business owners to help navigate the growing influence of artificial intelligence in online searches. 

Marketing technology firm PostcardMania is adding a new search engine and AI search optimization service to its existing multichannel marketing campaign, called “Everywhere Small Business.” The new service, called “Optimize Search + AI,” helps small and mid-sized businesses strengthen their visibility in traditional Google search results, the company says, increasing their chances of being cited and recommended by artificial intelligence platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude. 

The new campaign combines targeted direct mail marketing with coordinated advertising across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, YouTube and television, PostcardMania says. 

“Small business owners cannot afford to ignore this shift in how people search,” PostcardMania founder and CEO Joy Gendusa says in a release. “If your business isn’t clearly represented online in a number of places, those platforms are probably going to recommend a competitor instead.”

Gendusa was a Business Observer Top Entrepreneur this year. The company has about $120 million a year in revenue and has more than 130,000 clients nationwide.
