The William Stanley CFO Group, a Tampa-based financial services company, announced Tuesday the purchase of another local firm.

Craft & Company CPAs, founded in 1981 by Jefferson Craft, will be joining the fold and expanding the tax services offering of William Stanley.

"Over the past few years, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside exceptional business leaders who are driving remarkable companies," says Michelle Delker, founder and CEO of The William Stanley CFO Group, in a statement. "This acquisition enables us to extend our proven approach to a broader segment of the market, offering the same level of executive financial leadership that has helped our clients achieve measurable success. Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and we are dedicated to ensuring they have the financial strategies and insights necessary to thrive."

The William Stanley CFO Group was founded in Tampa in 2022, named after Delker’s father and father-in-law per the company’s website. The company focuses on providing financial leadership, strategic advisory, and advanced financial planning to businesses seeking financial insight and operational efficiency.
