Neal Signature Homes is building what it calls a “boutique community” in west Bradenton. The Lakewood Ranch-based builder held a grand opening event over the weekend at Tideline to kick off the new luxury development near Palma Sola Bay.
The 29-home community will feature residences ranging from 2,500 to nearly 3,900 square feet. Prices start at $988,990 to $1,089,990 not including the home site and upgrades, according to a statement from Neal Signature Homes.
Each residence will have between three and four bedrooms and 2.5 to three baths.
The tagline for Tideline is “where nature and community meet,” according to the Neal Signature Homes brochure. Located at 9th Avenue Northwest near Palma Sola Bay, the development is surrounded by Robinson Preserve and Palma Sola Botanical Park.
“This area of Bradenton offers very limited and unique opportunities,” Carlos Puente, president of Neal Signature Homes, says in a statement. "Owning a new semi-custom luxury home at Tideline, with immediate access to all of the beautiful nature surroundings and proximity to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island, is sure to be a huge win for those lucky enough to take advantage of it."
Homebuyers will make a difference in someone else's life as well. For each home sold at Tideline, Neal will make a commitment of $10,000 to Hope Village of Manatee, a development by Help to Home Inc. helping low-income families that are homeless or at risk of homelessness with housing, mentoring and case management.
The donation is part of a larger $500,000 overall contribution to Hope Village from affiliate Neal Communities that began with a $210,000 gift in April 2024.
“Help to Home is changing families’ lives by offering a hand up to families facing homelessness, and we are pleased to support these families by contributing to Hope Village,” Pat Neal, founder and chairman of Neal Communities, says in the statement.
