$30M home under construction on Siesta Key follows $25M Longboat listing

A home under construction on Siesta Key is going on the market this fall with a price tag just under $30 million, the real estate firm Compass has announced.

The listing represents the second time this week a waterfront residential property has been listed for sale in the Sarasota-Manatee market over $25 million. The other one is on on 1.64 acres at 5695 Gulf of Mexico Drive on Longboat Key.

The 13,000-square-foot Siesta Key home, meanwhile, at 3990 Higel Ave. will sit on an acre of beachfront property and includes a detached 2-bedroom guest house and a private deeded boat lift capable of hoisting 20,000 pounds. 

The home, designed by DSDG Architects and being built by Nutter Construction, will boast five bedroom suites, soaring ceilings and retractable glass walls offering seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Plans also call for a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, designer hardware, and state-of-the-art appliances; a dedicated party room and a wine room, the brokerage says.

The primary suite is complete with private sitting areas, a balcony with Gulf views, and a spa-inspired ensuite bath with a soaking tub and oversized shower. 

Outside, the home will have multiple terraces, a sparkling infinity-edge pool, and expansive lounging areas surrounded by lush gardens, including a fire pit area. Renderings of the home can be found on Maxwavemedia-com.client-gallery.com.

It will be listed for $29,995,000, says Compass agent Adnan Dedic.
