Storied Florida law firm promotes trio of partners in Tampa office

Holland & Knight, a law office with roots in central Florida dating back to the early 1900s that grew to a global presence, recently promoted three attorneys to partner effective this month. 

Associates Brian Goldenberg, Jessica Kramer and Deryk Loiacono were among 42 attorneys promoted across the firm’s offices.

  • Brian Goldenberg joined the firm in 2022 and specializes in commercial litigation, business torts, contract and shareholder disputes, personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
  • Jessica Kramer began as a litigation associate in 2019 and similarly handles contract disputes, in addition to class action lawsuits, appeals and other complex litigation such as data privacy and other privacy issues related to technology.
  • Deryk Loiacono came on board as a corporate associate in 2021 and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and other corporate related matters.

Holland & Knight currently has 2,200 lawyers and professionals working in its 34 offices worldwide. Its focus includes litigation, corporate and finance, real estate, healthcare and governmental matters. 

The present day version of the firm was founded in 1968 when Former Florida Governor and U.S. Senator Spessard Holland merged his office with Knight, Jones, Whitaker & Germany, a firm founded by former Fort Myers Mayor Peter O. Knight.
