Midtown at Bonita, a Bonita Springs mixed-use development, has announced its latest batch of tenants.

The new additions to join the project include a dental company, a learning center and three food-related merchants. They’ll join a list of companies that have already committed to the commercial portion of the development, among them Chipotle Mexican Grill and Panera Bread.

The two national fast casual restaurants were announced in October along with Club Pilates, Good Vets, Jeff’s Bagel Run, Noire the Nail Bar, Bonita Beach Wine & Spirits and The Hangry Bison.

The new tenants are:

  • LowBrow Pizza: A Naples restaurant featuring wood-fired pizza, wings, salads, full bar and an extensive craft beer selection.
  • Pacific Dental Services: A national dental services organization that offers local dental offices business and administrative services.
  • Mathnasium: A math-only learning center that provides customized learning plans, homework help and test prep for students in grades K-12.
  • Gelato & Co.: A chain that makes gelato and pastries in-house daily.
  • Beau’s BBQ: A local family-owned restaurant serving Texas-style barbecue.

The 68-acre Midtown at Bonita is a pedestrian friendly center under construction on Bonita Beach Road, about a quarter-mile east of Interstate 75.

When complete, it will have 315,000 square feet of space for retail and restaurants, lakes and proposed office space. Along with the other uses, a 400-unit luxury apartment complex is being built on the site.

The project’s website also shows a 165-room hotel is coming.

It is scheduled to open in 2026.
