A new flight is debuting this week at the Punta Gorda Airport (PGD). The route to Chattanooga, Tennessee, starts on Feb. 13 through Allegiant Air.

The Las Vegas-based airline announced the flight would be coming in November as part of a nationwide expansion that included 44 new nonstop routes. There are more than 50 flights now available out of PGD, which is served by Allegiant Air and Sun Country.
