Ellianos Coffee, a chain based out of Lake City, is poised to open four locations in the Tampa Bay area.

The drive-thru specialty coffee brand announced the expansions in statement. The statement didn't provide details on the locations in the region. "This expansion comes at a time of unprecedented growth for Ellianos," the company says in the statement.

Ellianos Coffee was founded in 2002 by entrepreneurs Scott and Pam Stewart after a visit to the Pacific Northwest revealed a booming drive thru coffee shop model. The brand focuses on Italian quality coffee with drink names Venetian Vanilla, Milan Mint Mocha and Tuscany Toffee giving a nod to their conceptual heritage.

There are currently 54 locations in Florida, Georgia and Alabama with over 170 more in development, but the company hasn’t announced the locations or opening dates for the Tampa Bay stores.
