A home in the Port Royal neighborhood of Naples built in 2020 recently sold to an unnamed buyer for $36.49 million.

Designed by Kukk Architecture and Design, PA and built by A.Vernon Allen Builder, the 0.95-acre property has a view of Smuggler’s Bay and Man of War Cove. The 10,520-square-foot residence has two floors of living space with five bedrooms, six full baths and three half-baths.

Amenities of the house include an office/study, a butler’s pantry, fitness room, two bars, two laundry rooms and an upstairs social loft. The four-car garage is equipped for electric vehicles, a full-size 48-kilowatt Kohler generator and is adjacent to indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces.

Outside, the residence has a custom heated pool and spa with a river water feature, complemented by a 98-foot concrete floating dock and seawall. The total square footage encompasses 13,872 feet, and Port Royal Club membership eligibility is included with the purchase.

“This thoughtfully designed residence exemplifies the finest craftsmanship and attention to detail,” says Jane Wood, the realtor tasked with the sale in a released statement. “It is a tranquil sanctuary where the best of Naples can be experienced in an exclusive, sophisticated setting.”
