Juniper Landscaping is on a roll with acquisitions as of late and now brings Landscape Maintenance Professionals into the fold.

Landscape Maintenance Professionals has been in business for three decades with CEO and founder Orlando Castillo in place since day one. Castillo will remain on board as co-owner with support from Juniper’s corporate office in Fort Myers. Its offices in Sarasota, Dover and Lutz bring Juniper’s footprint to 34 branch locations across five states.

Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with LMP and their talented team to build upon and expand Juniper’s presence throughout the Tampa and Sarasota markets,” says Brandon Duke, CEO of Juniper Landscaping. “Orlando and his team have done a remarkable job growing this business and we are excited to welcome them to the Juniper family.”

Juniper Landscaping was founded in Fort Myers in 2001 and was acquired by Bregal Partners in 2022. Since the introduction of Bregal Partners, the company has expanded into Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina and Pennsylvania and doubled in branch size, becoming the largest commercial landscaping business in the Southeast U.S with $144 million in annual revenue in 2023.
