Texas construction firm breaks ground on Valrico senior living community

CORE Construction, a Texas-based firm with a longtime presence in Florida, recently began work on a senior living community with Experience Senior Living — the fifth project of its kind working with this organization. The facility will be off Bell Shoals Road in Valrico, east of Tampa.

The 240,613-square-foot facility will offer independent living, assisted living and memory care options for residents. Amenities include a smart fitness center, a resort-style pool, a full-service salon, a movie theater and multiple dining options.

Over the years, our firms have developed a deep trust in one another, and we look forward to the successful completion of this project as well,” says Scott Olthoff, president of CORE Construction Florida, in the release.
