After retiring recently from his Sarasota-Manatee area retail and manufacturing businesses, an entrepreneur has partnered with a local doctor to launch a holistic health practice in downtown Sarasota.

The practice, Reveal Vitality and Longevity Institute, will officially open to the public Nov. 12 on Main Street.

Bob Falahee, who owned Sun Protection of Florida and SunPro Motorized Awnings and Screens, joined forces with cardiologist Dr. Christopher Davis in the venture. Davis had diagnosed Falahee with a heart condition, and afterward, Falahee says he wanted to help others.

“Potentially life-threatening ailments go undetected every day,” Falahee says in a statement. “We want to be preventative instead of reactive, unlike the traditional medicine models we have currently.”

Falahee is now the CEO of the Reveal Vitality and Longevity Institute, which Davis owns.

Davis trained in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins Medicine and Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, then continued his education with fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology at the University of Virginia. He has also received training in functional medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement and regenerative medicine.

“Medicine today focuses on treating symptoms in isolation, but the bigger picture is how your body’s systems work together to influence your overall health,” Davis says in the statement. “Our philosophy at Reveal Vitality and [Longevity] Institute is different. We understand how your biological age is more important than your chronological age.”

Falahee and Davis invested $4 million into their new facility at 1990 Main Street, according to the statement, outfitting it with advanced diagnostic equipment and AI-driven fitness technology they say will help provide a holistic, concierge medical experience. The practice also contains a multi-seat hyperbaric chamber the owners say will promote overall wellness and recovery by providing therapeutic levels of oxygen in a controlled environment.

“It’s about knowing what’s happening in your body and building a lifestyle around it,” Falahee says. “I want people to feel the results I’ve experienced."

Among the services Reveal Vitality and Longevity Institute will offer are nutritional counseling, longevity therapies, integrative cardiology, functional medicine, performance and fitness programs, diagnostic testing and others.

“Our goal is, and always will be, to help our patients achieve a longer, healthier and more vibrant life by addressing individual health needs and goals,” Davis says in the statement. “We believe that personalized care is the key to unlocking each person’s full potential for wellness and vitality.”

Reveal provides protocols for exercise, sleep, nutrition, detoxification and hormone and stress management.

“We take a holistic approach to your health, going beyond standard physicals to analyze how all aspects of your body works together. We don’t wait until there’s a health crisis to care about your well-being,” Davis says. “We’re a one-stop-shop for you to be the best version of yourself. We’ll help you optimize your potential.”
