New tenants are coming to Market Walk at North River Ranch, the master-planned community in Parrish being developed by Neal Land & Neighborhoods. Located on Moccasin Wallow Road, Market Walk is the first major commercial retail development at North River Ranch.

Anchoring the shopping center is a 50,487-square-foot Publix that opened earlier this year.

Other tenants will include Foxtail Coffee, F45 Fitness, UPS, Papa Johns, Yan Asian Kitchen, Earthwise Pet, Ann Spa Nails, Massage Luxe and Market Walk Dental, a state-of-the-art dental clinic, according to a statement. There will also be a freestanding Fifth Third Bank. A fine Italian restaurant is going to be part of the lineup too, according to Neal Land & Neighborhoods, which says tenants will begin opening as early as this fall.

Currently, North River Ranch has more than 1,000 residences, and the developer has approvals for 6,000 homes in neighborhoods across the community.

“Market Walk is a key component of the lifestyle being cultivated at North River Ranch, including the thoughtful design that encourages pedestrian access and connectivity,” John A. Neal, president of Neal Land & Neighborhoods, says in the statement.

According to Neal Land & Neighborhoods, more tenants at Market Walk have yet to be announced. The shopping center will offer everything from health and wellness services to everyday shopping.

While some tenants will open as soon as this fall, others are yet to be announced for Market Walk at North River Ranch.
