Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services, a Palm Harbor company with nearly 150 franchises in 25 states, has named former Budget Blinds president Doug Phillip its new CEO.
Phillip has over 30 years’ experience in national and global franchise business, according to a statement. He was president of Budget Blinds from 2019 to 2023, according to his LinkedIn profile. Before that he spent nearly 15 years with International Dairy Queen Corp., where he directed four global teams and supported 1,982 franchise locations in 27 countries, the release adds.
“I am incredibly excited about joining Office Pride, and the opportunity that this brand has to grow,” Phillip said. “It is well positioned with amazing franchisees, and I am excited to collaborate with them to establish a strategic direction that builds upon the business’ success, increases franchise profitability and promotes the organization’s prosperity.”
Phillip will relocate to the Tampa Bay area, the release states.

Hopkins founded the company in 1992. Its worked in more than 300 cities since then and cleaned nearly 1.9 million businesses, according to its website.
