Lakeland-based SVN Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate has someone scaling the walls of leadership: Tyler Davis. He originally joined the firm in 2019 as an asset manager before being named CFO. His latest step is being named president.

"I'm incredibly honored to step into the role of president at SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate,” says Davis in a statement. “As we continue to expand our geographic footprint, preserving our unique company culture remains a top priority. We are committed to supporting our advisors, actively recruiting top talent, and diversifying our product lines and service offerings. This strategy will be key to our ongoing success and our pursuit of new growth opportunities.”

Although Dean Sanders, Gary Ralston and Todd Dantzler will maintain their roles as founders and managing directors within the company, a statement provided by the company notes Davis was appointed to maintain a company culture as part of “ future planning post the tenure of its current executive leadership.”

In his role, Davis is tasked with geographic expansion of the company and the introduction of more lines of business.

SVN Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate, formed in 2010, is one of the largest land dealers in the state handling $467 million in sales volume in 2023. It came under the SNV umbrella in 2020.
