Price points have been released for Opus Stone, a gated community under development in north Naples.

Homes in the 50-acre development, according to a statement, will be priced at $2 million and up. There are 51 homes in the project, at Vanderbilt Beach Road and Massey Street.

The company behind the project, Seagate Development Group, also release other details about the Opus Stone, including:

The project  will offer three collections of new homes, each on “oversized homesites.”

There will be 11 floor plans, ranging from 3,200 to 5,550 square feet under air.

Estates feature modern open floor plans and “generous main living areas for everyday living and entertaining.”

“We are thrilled to introduce Opus Stone and its prime opportunity for homebuyers seeking a prestigious community in Naples,” Seagate Development Group President  James Nulf says in the release. “Every luxury estate will be customized to the individual and their lifestyle.”

Founded in 2015, Seagate, one of the most prolific developers in Southwest Florida, has several luxury developments, including Esplanade Lake Club and Hill Tide Estates in Boca Grande.
