Baldwin has over 20 years of experience through his posts at SteriPack Contract Manufacturing, Ball Corporation, and Anheuser-Busch, among other firms, according to a statement. He also has an executive Ph.D in business administration.

“The CFO role here has always been critical,” says CEO Jamie Harden in the statement. “We truly rely on this individual to advocate for the financial well-being of our company while keeping us in line with budgets and capital planning, supporting our sales and operations teammates while ensuring the overall fiscal health of Creative Sign Designs. We know Josh will provide a solid and dependable discernment of the financial operations of our company.”

In his new role Baldwin will oversee financial reporting analysis, treasury management, mergers and acquisitions activity, banking and investor relations.

Creative Sign Designs has been in business since 1986 with a focus on architectural signage, national branding and environmental graphics. Atlanta-based Heritage Growth Partners LLC led a recapitalization of the company in 2021.
