A house in the Port Royal neighborhood of Naples has been listed for sale for $45 million.
The home, on a 0.95-acre site at 3675 Fort Charles Drive, has views of Smuggler’s Bay and Man of War Cove in Port Royal, according to a statement. The Jane Wood Team with Naples-based John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate is handling the listing. (Jane Wood and Phil Wood, CEO of John R. Wood Wood Christie’s International Real Estate aren't related. And the family that owns the home, the William H. Wood Trust, according to Collier County property records, is also not related to either the broker or the firm.)
Designed by Kukk Architecture and Design PA and built by A. Vernon Allen Builder in 2020, the two-story residence has 10,520 air-conditioned square feet with five bedrooms, six full baths and three half-baths.
It also an office/study, a separate butler’s pantry, fitness room, two bars, two laundry rooms, upstairs social loft, four-car electric vehicle-equipped garage, full-size 48 kilowatt Kohler generator and expansive indoor and outdoor entertaining areas including custom heated pool and spa with river water feature and 98-foot concrete floating dock and seawall. The residence encompasses 13,872 total square feet. Port Royal Club membership eligibility is included with the purchase of the residence, the release states.
"This meticulously designed residence exemplifies exquisite finishes throughout, demonstrating painstaking attention to detail and adherence to the highest standards of quality. It stands as a truly exceptional home," says Jane Wood in the release.
While the $45 million list price is an eye-opener, it wouldn't be a record for a Port Royal home purchase. A home at 1672 Galleon Drive sold for $46.8 million last March.
