Firm closes leases on 108,000 square feet in metro Tampa

The Feil Organization, a New York real estate investment, management and development firm, signed 14 leases totaling 108,408 square feet of space at its properties in Pinellas County and Tampa in the fourth quarter of last year.

The leases were for retail and office space at the Baypoint Commerce Center, Wells Fargo Center and 570 Carillon.

According to a news release, those deals include Naples-based Beasley Media Group renewing its lease on 27,055 square feet at Baypoint for seven more years. The company has operated out of the first and second floors of the St. Petersburg office park for more than 20 years.
