Ryan Cos. U.S., a national commercial real estate company, says Brad Hill has been named vice president of construction operations in the Southeast region.
Hill will now be responsible for all preconstruction and construction activities across the seven states within the company's Southeastern region, Ryan Cos. says in a Tuesday news release.
This includes teams of construction professionals based in Tampa and Atlanta and will spread across all sectors including industrial, multifamily, senior living, health care, build-to-suit and education.
In 2023, Ryan's Southeast region executed over $350 million in work.
Hill has worked at Ryan for more than a decade, delivering more than $1 billion in projects in his previous position as director of construction, the release states. As construction director, Hill led design-build projects from inception to completion, working closely with architects, engineers and subcontractors to deliver developments on time and within budget, Ryan says.
Ryan says Hill has overseen more than 2 million square feet of construction projects across the Southeast including Feeding America Tampa Bay, The Surgery Center of the Villages and the IFF Global Citrus Innovation Center at Florida Polytechnic University.
"With 12 years at Ryan Companies under my belt, I am able to bring a distinct understanding of the region's varied and evolving demands to ensure Ryan continues to build on its reputation as a best-in-class general contractor in the Southeast," says Hill in a statement.
Ryan Cos. was founded in 1938. It says it offers comprehensive commercial real estate services as a national developer, designer, builder, capital markets advisor and real estate manager. Ryan says its national work includes health care, hospitality, industrial, mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail and senior living.
