Coastal Properties Group International of Clearwater Beach has made the Forbes list.
Not that list, but a membership in a Forbes-branded consortium.
Coastal Properties Group, a brokerage that focuses on luxury homes and properties, has joined forces with Forbes Global Properties, "a curated consumer marketplace of luxury homes and an invitation-only membership network of top real estate firms," the two firms say in a news release.
Forbes Global Properties, founded in 2020, says it is the exclusive real estate partner of Forbes, which includes the eponymous magazine. The Forbes-branded consortium membership includes "top-tier brokerages worldwide," it says in the news release announcing Coastal Properties Group was joining the network.
With offices in 28 countries and more than 520 locations, Forbes Global Properties says it is owned and run by brokerages, "with a Forbes ownership stake creating an interest in our success. … Membership in our network is reserved for the most distinguished brokerages in select cities and second-home destinations."
The Forbes Global Properties network will allow the Clearwater Beach firm to "amplify Tampa Bay's coveted coastal homes and estates," says Alex Jansen, CEO of Coastal Properties Group.
Forbes Global Properties says it has worldwide reach and a digital audience of more than 140 million people. It is reserved for "luxury properties in excess of $2 million." And its marketing platform "helps agents to engage, inform and inspire an increasingly global audience of luxury buyers and sellers."
Forbes Global Properties says it can show homes across Forbes and Forbes Global Properties' print, digital and social media channels "with expert commentary, timely market data and top-tier editorials."
Clearwater Beach-based Coastal Properties Group, founded in 2012, was formerly affiliated with Christie's International Real Estate. That affiliation ended Feb. 1. Coastal Properties Group has more than 380 associates across 14 offices.
