Vanni was also named vice president and appointed to a seat on the company board, according to a statement. Vanni joined the company in January 2023, and since then, the company says, he’s “exhibited exemplary leadership by spearheading operations in the Suncoast Region, propelling the Sarasota office into extraordinary growth.”

Vanni has a strategic focus on mentoring staff, cultivating client relationships and executing targeted recruitment initiatives, the release adds. He was with engineering firm Mott MacDonald prior to joining JR Evans.

"We are confident that his vision and leadership will play a crucial role in our company's continued growth and success," JR Evans Engineering President Josh Evans says in the release.

J.R. Evans Engineering provides engineering services for a variety of infrastructure, residential and commercial projects.
