Frame has been land acquisition manager for the Tampa division of Houston-based David Weekley Homes since 2015. In that time, the company says he “has been instrumental in the growth of the market share for the Tampa and Sarasota metropolitan statistical areas.”

In his new role as regional director of land, Frame, the company says in a statement, will work on medium and large projects throughout the Charleston, Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa areas. Frame, according to his LinkedIn profile, has worked for Ryland Homes and Starwood Land Ventures, among other companies, prior to David Weekley Homes.

“I’m passionate about helping our company grow and look forward to finding more opportunities to build new communities,” Frame says in the release.

David Weekley Homes was founded in 1976, operates in 19 markets across the United States and has closed more than 120,000 homes.
