Christopher Alan Homes has had a solid four months since it debuted marketing homes in the Creekside Run neighborhood of Babcock Ranch, with 27 sales.
The Fort Myers-based homebuilder, according to a statement, plans to welcome its first residents to the homes during February. Creekside Run is a 100-acre gated community featuring “neighborhood amenities and single-family homesites nestled along lakes, parks and preserves in Babcock Ranch’s new MidTown district,” the release adds.
“As this is our first neighborhood at Babcock Ranch, we are thrilled with the success of Creekside Run,” says Carlos Gilkey, director of sales and marketing for Christopher Alan Homes, in the statement. “Homebuyers recognize the value, quality and livability of our homes and are attracted to the setting – there’s a large preserve to one side and the town’s new series of planned parks and trails to the other.”
Homes in Creekside Run feature two to five bedrooms, two to four baths and 1,450 to 2,635 square feet within one and two stories. All homes have stone countertops, designer cabinetry and are built to the highest standards with steel-reinforced concrete masonry construction, hurricane-resistant structural design and impact-rated low-e glass doors and windows, the company says. Prices start from the mid-$300,000s.
The three-bedroom, two-bath Captiva model, at 1,720 square feet, has been a popular choice in Creekside, accounting for nine sales, the company says.
Babcock Ranch, on the border of Lee and Charlotte counties, is America’s first solar-powered town and was No. 5 top-selling community nationwide in 2022.
Christopher Alan Homes is a preferred builder in The Hammocks at West Port, Burnt Store Village and Deep Creek. The company also builds on individual homesites in Charlotte, Sarasota and Lee counties in Southwest Florida and Melbourne and Palm Bay on Florida’s East Central Space Coast. It plans to open a new division in Tampa in 2024. It had $141.98 million in revenue in 2022.
