Florida residential property insurance firm American Integrity Insurance Group is ending the year on a high note with a promotion from within.
Jon Ritchie, son of founder Bob Ritchie, has been appointed president of the organization after serving as COO since 2019.

Jon is the right leader to take us into this exciting next phase, guiding us through emerging challenges and opportunities.”
Founder Bob Ritchie will remain in place as CEO.
American Integrity was founded in 2007 in Tampa. More than 1,000 independent agents are in charge of 360,000 home, condo, vacant home, and manufactured home insurance policies across Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.
