Two construction experts who bring more than 50 years of combined experience to the job have been promoted to general superintendent at Heatherwood Construction Co. Charlie Crouch and Alex Oudrhiri have assumed the leadership roles at the Bonita Springs-based general contractor, which serves the west coast of Florida.

As superintendents, Crouch and Oudrhiri will oversee projects to ensure they are completed correctly while creating value, upholding quality and leading to client satisfaction, according to a statement.

Crouch has worked on “some of Heatherwood’s most recognized projects,” such as the Lakewood National fitness center and the Windstar on Naples Bay renovation, according to the statement.

Oudrhiri is “renowned for his expertise in residential and multifamily developments,” and has helped develop projects like the Bonita Terra clubhouse and WildBlue Social and Sports Centers.

“These promotions recognize Charlie and Alex’s commitment to the core values that define Heatherwood Construction Company: professionalism, experience, and a relentless dedication to our clients and their projects,” Heatherwood CEO Walter Crawford says in a statement. “Their leadership will further strengthen our ability to meet and exceed expectations.”
