Synergy Healthcare has signed a multimillion-dollar lease at a 32,705-square-foot facility in Bradenton, according to SVN Commercial Advisory Group, which closed the deal.

Blake Park Medical Properties LP owns the building at 1810 59th St. W., Manatee County property records show. Other tenants at the Blake Park complex include dental, gastroenterology and outpatient therapy practices, according to SVN.

Synergy Healthcare’s $2.44 million lease deal spans 10 years, an SVN representative tells the Business Observer. Synergy Healthcare, which is engaged in research and product development, conducts clinical trials.

With HCA Florida Blake Hospital about 0.2 mile away and 170,000 residents in a 5-mile radius, the site is a “great location for Synergy Healthcare,” Gail Bowden, senior investment advisor for SVN, says in a statement. Bowden joined SVN Investment Advisor Mark Bower and Director of Business Development and Associate Advisor Carrie Lewis in handling the Synergy Healthcare deal.

“Their presence in this office complex will help the company serve this community, strengthening Bradenton’s already-strong healthcare sector,” Bowden says. “We’re happy to have helped make this happen.”
