“Josh has spent the last twenty years immersing himself in the business,” says Alan Bomstein in a statement. “His dedication and vision ensure that Creative Contractors will continue to thrive well beyond my tenure.”

Creative Contractors started out building out tenants in Clearwater’s Countryside Mall and over the years scaled to $190 million in revenue with additional offices in Lakeland and Bradenton. The focus of the firm has shifted over the decades, with emphasis on hospitals, schools/universities, cultural facilities, municipal buildings, and wellness/recreation spaces. Recent projects include the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, BayCare Corporate headquarters and Lakeland Regional Health Pavilion.

“I am honored and grateful to lead such an amazing group of people and look forward to continuing and enhancing our reputation for excellence in all we do.” says Josh Bomstein in the statement. “My father built a distinguished legacy over the past 50 years, and I look forward to continuing his commitment to our mission of superior service and placing client satisfaction above all else.”
