Tampa-based residential property insurance firm American Integrity Insurance, which debuted in South Carolina in 2022, is now poised to increase its offerings to homeowners throughout the state.

It will now offer coverage to homes up to 75 years old, according to a statement. Homes valued up to $1.5 million are eligible for premiums.

"The success we've achieved in South Carolina since launching our program has paved the way for American Integrity to broaden our capacity to even more South Carolinians" says Bob Ritchie, president and CEO in a statement. "We are thrilled to expand our footprint in South Carolina as we firmly establish American Integrity Insurance as a premier market for dynamic, comprehensive and dependable home insurance solutions for consumers in the Southeast U.S."

When founded in 2006, American Integrity Insurance offered coverage exclusively to Floridians before expanding to South Carolina and Georgia. It currently serves 300,000 customers through 1,000 agents. The Business Observer previously reported that the company had $93.65 million in premiums through June 30, 2023, according to data on its website.
