Tampa law firm with wide range shifts leadership

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings recently made some key leadership changes in their Tampa office. Lauren Raines has been named the new office managing partner and Craig Mayfield, who served as the office managing partner for the past seven years, was appointed to the firm’s board, according to a statement.

Raines has been with the firm since 2019 and was previously a partner with Quarles and Brady and an associate at DLA Piper.

“We are excited to have Lauren lead the Tampa office and know she will continue to build upon the strong foundation that’s been established,” says Jonathan Skeeters, Bradley chairman of the board and managing partner in a statement, “Lauren will help us expand our presence in Tampa and find new opportunities to serve clients across Florida.”

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings was founded in Elyton, Alabama, in 1870. Its Tampa office opened in 1983 as Glenn Rasmussen and joined the firm in 2015. It was the first office in Florida. The firm now has 13 offices in seven states throughout the south and the Washington, D.C. Its 650 lawyers focus on various industries including banking and financial services, construction, energy, health care, life sciences, manufacturing, real estate, and technology– to name a few.
