While it may be hot outside, the Business Observer team is looking to cool things off with its annual Cool Construction issue.

We’re looking for projects within our nine county coverage area that spans Polk through Collier counties. The details of the project can vary on cool factors that include anything from unique details and sustainability components to aspects that make the workload considerably less.

Last year, the issue featured an animal rescue campus expansion that included the construction of a dog pool, a $12 million high school with adaptable learning spaces and a new sustainable city hall project with solar panels.

If you or your company are working on a project that was started, completed or will be starting in 2023 and oozes cool, please send a note with the project’s location and details to Amanda Postma at [email protected]

The Business Observer is accepting submissions through Wednesday, Oct. 4.
