Parrish, Lakewood Ranch home communities near sellout

A large private homebuilder is nearing the close-out of two communities. 

Neal Communities recently announced that construction at Silverleaf and Indigo in Lakewood Ranch is nearly complete with only a few remaining homes still up for sale. According to the homebuilder’s website, there are three homes for sale at Silverleaf and two within Indigo. 

Silverleaf, a move-in ready neighborhood, is located in Parrish featuring a clubhouse, basketball courts, two dog parks, a playground and a picnic shelter with a grill. The homes start at $441,990.
