A 4,638-square-foot Longboat Key house is on the market for $12 million.

The five-bedroom, seven-bath (five full, two half) home is in the Bonaire at Longboat Key neighborhood and was built in 2020 by Eason Home Builders.

According to the listing from Coldwell Banker Realty, the home comes with a gourmet kitchen that has custom cabinetry, a “sprawling" island and appliances that include a CornuFe gas stove. There are balconies on each floor, solar shades and an indoor cabana opens to a resort-style pool deck with an outdoor kitchen.

The property, according to the listing, also includes a second, buildable parcel that the current residents have turned into a botanical garden.

Bonaire was named for the West Indies island and was built on the last piece of undeveloped beachfront land in Longboat Key. Construction began in 2018

The house on the market is unit No. 3 at 5005 Gulf of Mexico Dr. Manatee County property records show the current owner bought the home on the half acre property Nov. 2020, paying $7.2 million.
