Manning and Napier, an investment and wealth-management firm, hired Sharon Treiser for the newly created role of South Florida Market Lead, according to a news release.
In this position, Treiser will be responsible for expanding Manning and Napier's existing Florida presence while managing all aspects of client relationships, the firm says.
Treiser is a financial services veteran with more than 35 years of experience and an MBA.
Treiser joins an existing Florida team that includes Naples-based Chelsea Seibel, Jim Herbst and Annleah Jones, as well as a team of financial consultants located in Manning and Napier's St. Petersburg office, the firm says.
Manning and Napier says it serves a diversified client base of multigenerational, high-net-worth individuals and institutions throughout the state. It has been working in the region since the 1970s.
Treiser is a longtime leader in the Naples financial services community and has held senior positions at firms including J.P. Morgan Private Bank, PNC Wealth Management and BNY Mellon Wealth Management.
Treiser has held volunteer leadership roles at organizations including Community Foundation of Collier County, Conservancy of Southwest Florida, the Humane Society of Naples, Naples Woman's Club, the Salvation Army and more. She was formally recognized for her efforts by the Community Foundation of Collier County as a "Woman of Initiative."

The firm says it provides investment solutions and consultative planning services to address all aspects of a client's financial needs.
