Tampa law firm chooses additional senior counsel

Hill Ward Henderson, a Tampa law firm, recently elected Chad Burgess to join its senior counsel. 

Out of 119 attorneys ,Burgess will be one of nine senior counsels at the full service corporate litigation firm, according to a statement. 

Burgess, who is a part of the firm’s medical malpractice group, provides defense for medical malpractice, hospital liability, products liability and premises liability claims. He also takes on various personal injury cases.

The new senior attorney is a former second-generation firefighter and paramedic, a role he took on prior to and during law school, according to the press release. He’s also a former adjunct faculty member at St. Petersburg College.
