Frampton Construction Co., a full-service construction firm headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, has opened a new office, its third, in Tampa to support its numerous projects throughout Florida. The builder also has an office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

According to a news release, Frampton’s Tampa office, located at 4300 West Cypress St., Suite 200, will help meet rising client demand in Florida. The company is currently engaged in projects in Lakeland, Lutz and Ocala.

Senior Project Manager Kyle Shank, the release states, will lead Frampton’s Tampa office. He’s been with the firm since 2019.

“We’re so excited for this new chapter, which gives us a physical presence amid the communities we’re already working hard to serve here in the Tampa area,” Shank states in the release. “This move represents a significant milestone for Frampton, and it will allow us to continue to build relationships with clients, partners and industry peers across the Southeast.”

Founded in 2014, Frampton Construction Co. offers planning and design support, preconstruction and construction services.

“We’re very proud of the track record of growth and success we’ve witnessed so far and feel fortunate for the opportunity to expand our base of operations into this robust market,” Frampton Construction Co. CEO Chad Frampton states in the release. “Our team is eager to establish roots here, and we expect nothing less than to thrive in this new location under Kyle’s solid leadership.”
