Cardel Homes Florida is throwing its hammer into the mix at North River Ranch, a master-planned community in Parrish.

The community, developed by Lakewood Ranch-based Neal Land & Neighborhoods, features three neighborhoods: Brightwood, Riverfield and Wildleaf. Canadian homebuilder Cardel Homes is expected to bring 40 new homes to the Riverfield neighborhood starting in the mid $400,000s.

The homes will range from 2,010 to 2,746 square feet. Construction on two model homes has already begun with a planned late summer opening. The homebuilder has started a pre-sales list for interested buyers.

“Riverfield offers residents the distinctive opportunity of having everything you might need within walking distance from your home,” John Neal, president of Neal Land & Neighborhoods, says in a release.

In regards to adding Cardel Homes to the development, Neal says: “It’s important to us that our partners know the local market and geography. Cardel Homes has established a solid reputation in the region. They also share our commitment to quality and community, and we strongly feel that the home builder will bring a unique value to the North River Ranch community.”
