The last of Eco Enterprises LLC ownership has been taken over by PGT Innovations.

The premium window, door and garage door leader, based in Venice, first acquired 75% in Eco Enterprises in 2021. The last 25% was taken on earlier this month, according to a statement.

The initial acquisition was to promote revenue growth, expand margins and strengthen the supply chain, a press release states. Eco provides aluminum, impact-resistant windows and doors out of its manufacturing and processing facilities in Miami.

“Since acquiring ownership in Eco, we’ve been able to utilize this vertical integration to service the glass needs for some of our other brands,” Jeff Jackson, PGT Innovations president and CEO, says in the release. “We’re very excited to reach the finalization of this purchase as it will allow us to further serve high growth markets in which we operate.”

PGT Innovations has been on an expansion kick over the last several years, acquiring Western Window Systems for $360 million, NewSouth Window Solutions a $92 million deal, Anlin Windows & Doors for $126 million, and Martin Door for $185 million.

It reported $1.49 billion in revenue in 2022.
