Suncoast Credit Union has opened its first Osceola County branch, located at 1221 W. Osceola Parkway in The Loop area of Kissimmee.
According to a news release, the new location represents Suncoast’s 76th branch in Florida. It’s a full-service branch equipped with bilingual team members and a modern, open floor plan with a vibrant hand-painted mural in the lobby. It also includes three drive-through lanes, interactive teller machines with extended hours, a 24/7 ATM and a coin machine members can use for free.
“We’re so excited to open this first branch in Central Florida, allowing us the opportunity to serve a new market of individuals looking for a financial institution,” Suncoast Credit Union President and CEO Kevin Johnson states in the release. “Suncoast provides best-in-class products and services to our members, and we give back to the communities we serve. People helping people is a guiding principle of the credit union philosophy, and we’re looking forward to doing just that at our new Osceola branch.”
Suncoast, the release states, plans to add to its Central Florida presence later this year with two new branches in the Orlando area. They’ll be located at 4530 S Semoran Blvd. and 12402 South Orange Blossom Trail.
With nearly 1.1 million members and total assets of $16.3 billion, Suncoast is Florida’s largest credit union. It operates 76 branches throughout the Sunshine State and employs more than 2,300 people.
