Fulton spent 17 of the 26 years at the company as CFO. She will be succeeded by Sean Bagan on Aug. 9, the release adds.

“Before I joined Helios, Tricia navigated the company back from a challenging time in 2020,” Josef Matosevic, president and CEO, says in the release. “Her knowledge and expertise of our businesses combined with her steadfast leadership and contributions have been invaluable to Helios.”

Bagan is the vice president of finance at Minnesota-based Polaris Inc., a power sports company he’s been at for 23 years.

“He has a proven track record of building, growing, and transforming businesses, both in the U.S. and internationally, into highly productive and profitable operations,” Matosevic says of Bagan. “These are exciting times at Helios, and we expect Sean’s experience to bring further depth and dimension to our team as we execute on our strategy to drive accelerated growth while delivering best in class margins.”

Helios Technologies, a publicly traded company with shares traded on the NYSE, posted $885.4 million in revenue in 2022. The company is a global leader in highly engineered motion control and electronic controls technology, with markets including construction, material handling, agriculture, energy, recreational vehicles, marine and health and wellness. It sells its products to customers in over 90 countries.
