A real estate investment firm has bought the Beachway Professional Center in Bonita Springs.

The property was bought for $14.3 million by a company named Tamiami Investments LTD. The company shares a Naples address with IRC International Realty Corp. which represent it in the transaction.

The 61,702-square-foot building is at 3301 Bonita Beach Road SW.

CRE Consultants, which represented the seller and announced the sale, says the building is fully occupied with a roster of tenants that includes Edward Jones and TransAmerica. The agency has been charged with leasing the property since 2018 and says in the announcement will remain in that role.

IRC, in an email, says it is now the property manager.

The three-story Beachway Professional Center was built in 2001. A marketing flyer put out by CRE Consultants describes it as building “with high-end build-outs including marble lobbies on all three floors and marble flooring in restrooms and on countertops.”

IRC specializes in representing mainly European investors in U.S. commercial real transactions.
