New leader emerges at Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch area real estate brokerages

The leadership team at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty is growing. 

The company recently announced Terrence Cook would be joining to oversee the Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch office locations. Cook will work alongside Craig Cerreta, the current managing broker. 

After seven years as the managing broker of the Coldwell Banker offices in Lakewood Ranch, Cook became the regional vice president for the company. In addition, Cook has 21 years of experience in real estate sales and consulting in Sarasota. 

“Terrence has garnered an exceptional reputation and track record of success within the brokerage community over many years, and we are so excited to welcome him to the Premier Sotheby’s International Realty family with a role that allows him to be fully committed to the market he loves,” Budge Huskey, president and CEO of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, says in a release.

Joining Cerreta, the pair will oversee the brokerage activities and advisors together across the three offices in the area. The company, which is headquartered in Naples, has over 1,400 sales professionals across 40 locations in Florida and North Carolina.
