Intimate apparel entrepreneur, actress, lists St. Pete home for $13M

A two-story home owned by actress and intimate apparel entrepreneur Rhonda Shear and her husband Van Fagan in St. Petersburg has hit the market at $13 million. 

The listing price is 44% more than when she first listed the home for sale, in February 2021, for $9.03 million.  

The home, named Bellissimo Palazzo, is in the Snell Isle area of St. Pete. The 9,722 square feet of space features five beds and six full and three partial bathrooms, according to a statement. 

A few of the home’s features include an elevator, home theater, 100 feet of water frontage, deepwater dock and heated saltwater pool. The home is listed by Donna Miller and Chuck Anderson of Coldwell Banker Realty in St. Petersburg. 

Shear, known for her time as host of the USA Up All Night late night show, has also appeared in many prominent shows like Full House, Dallas, Happy Days and Cheers, along with a part in the movie Spaceballs.

Shear was named a Business Observer Top Entrepreneur in 2012 for her intimate apparel company, Shear Enterprises, featuring the line the Ahh Bra.
