Valet Living, a Tampa-based residential amenities provider to the multifamily housing industry, says it made Steve Davis its president of MultiPro Property Solutions, a U.S. "apartment turns" provider that refurbishes units in between renters.
MultiPro Property Solutions is owned by Valet Living. Davis has worked for Valet Living since 2015, most lately as executive vice president of strategic development.Â
Davis will be responsible for the growth of MultiPro, including a focus on expansion into the top 25 markets in the U.S., Valet Living says. That will mean not just geographical growth but also strategic planning "to fortify our independent contractor network," Valet Living officials say in a news release.
Valet Living says its expansion is because of "burgeoning demands" for apartment turns in the U.S. multifamily housing market. But Davis will also work to elevate the quality of services offered to clients.
Davis joined Valet Living in 2015 as EVP of business development, where he focused on the development of go-to-market strategies, as well as the operational execution strategies for the company, Valet Living says.
Davis has worked in executive roles for more than 35 years. His past positions include executive positions at Safemark Systems, Digney York and HD Supply-Facilities Maintenance.
Valet Living provides amenity services in the multifamily industry, and employs more than 8,000 associates while serving more than 2 million homes nationwide. Valet Living is a portfolio company of the private equity group G.I. Partners.
