Fort Myers builder names SWFL division president

Fort Myers-based Christopher Alan Homes has promoted Mike Meeks from senior vice president of construction to executive vice president and Southwest Florida division president.

In his new role, Meeks leads each of the division’s teams to establish consistent, clean and effective processes for use in all markets, the company says in a statement. 

A certified general contractor, Meeks has more than 35 years of experience, with a speciality in construction operations, including product development, purchasing and customer service. Prior to Christopher Alan Homes, Meeks co-founded and co-owned various building companies, the release states. He joined the company a few months ago

A builder-owned company, Christopher Alan Homes is a preferred builder in The Hammocks at West Port and Burnt Store Village, along with Babcock Ranch. The company also builds on scattered homesites in Charlotte, Sarasota and Lee counties and Melbourne and Palm Bay on Florida’s East Central Space Coast. It plans to open a new division in Tampa in 2024. It had $141.98 million in revenue in 2022.
