An Italian market and a wellness concept are the two newest tenants to join Waterside Place town center in Lakewood Ranch.

The town center, a retail, services, dining and entertainment destination, has seen quite a bit of action of late with a number of businesses recently opening.

“It is rewarding to all involved with this project to see all of the spaces activated and used for the many purposes that we were trying to accommodate,” Kirk Boylston, president of Lakewood Ranch Commercial, says of Waterside Place in a press release.

Eatalia, the Italian market, and the Wellness Space are expected to open in the first quarter of 2024.

Most recently, Osteria 500, an Italian restaurant, was welcomed as the newest dining spot at Waterside Place. It opened at the end of July. Other recently opened businesses include SHACK yoga + Fitness, home decor retail spot Marmalade, Modish Salon, Capstan Financial Consulting Group and Williams Parker Attorneys at Law.

The town center still has a number of businesses to open, including:

  • Agave Bandido, a Mexican-American restaurant and tequileria
  • Deep Lagoon, a seafood and oyster house
  • Good Liquid Distilling Co.
  • Duck Donuts
  • Cileone Jewelers
  • The Black Dog store
  • La Chic Boheme, a spa
