Fort Myers agricultural and land management company Alico Inc. has a new CFO.

Bradley Heine, who most recently was senior vice president corporate controller of Wejo Group Limited, a cloud and software analytics firm, is Alico's new CFO. He replaces Perry G. Del Vecchio, the company says in a statement.

Prior to Wejo, Heine, 52, served was a vice president of accounting at IAC InterActive Corp, a holding company comprised of media and internet companies, and in various positions of increasing seniority at rental car giant Avis Budget Group Inc. Heine will be responsible for all corporate finance, treasury and accounting functions of the company and will report directly to Alico President and CEO John Kiernan,

“Brad’s recent background as a senior accounting executive for a dynamic international company, combined with his broad financial and business experience, will help us leverage our efforts of increasing shareholder value," Kiernan says in the release. "Our management team will rely on Brad’s leadership in providing financial analysis, modeling and decision support to help Alico maintain our competitive position within the Florida citrus industry. We believe his experience with automation and technical accounting will complement the depth of our current staff and I look forward to working closely with him as we approach the beginning of our next fiscal year."

Alico Inc. primarily operates two divisions: Alico Citrus, one of the nation’s largest citrus producers, and Land Management and Other Operations, which include land leasing and related support operations. The company, traded on the Nasdaq exchange under the symbol ALCO, had $91.94 million in revenue in fiscal 2022.
