Christopher Alan Homes has promoted one executive and named another to a leadership post.

The Fort Myers-based homebuilder, with $141.98 million in revenue in 2022, named Mike Meeks senior vice president of construction and Carissa Anderson corporate vice president of sales.

Meeks has over 35 years of experience in construction operations, including product development, purchasing and customer service, according to a statement. He previously co-founded and co-owned various building companies and has also managed multiple teams at national homebuilding and development companies. In his role, Meeks, the release states, will “work collaboratively with each division’s production team to establish consistent, clean and effective processes for use in all markets.”

Since joining Christopher Alan Homes earlier this year as director of sales, meanwhile, Anderson has overseen all sales operations for Southwest Florida and regional emerging markets and managed all aspects of the Christopher Alan Homes customer experience. In her new role, Anderson is responsible for leading the company’s sales strategy and establishing strategic partnerships. She has more than15 years of experience in strategic direction, sales execution, marketing and branding.

A builder-owned company, Christopher Alan Homes is a preferred builder in The Hammocks at West Port and Burnt Store Village, along with Babcock Ranch. The company also builds on scattered homesites in Charlotte, Sarasota and Lee counties and Melbourne and Palm Bay on Florida’s East Central Space Coast. It plans to open a new division in Tampa later this year.
