A fourth homebuilder has been added to the lineup at Wellen Park, a master-planned community in Venice.

Homes by WestBay, which is based 15 minutes south of Tampa in Riverview, was announced as the fourth homebuilder for the Everly neighborhood in Wellen Park.

The homebuilder is taking on 40 homesites within the neighborhood. Each homesite is situated on a 62-foot lot with floor plans ranging from 2,535 to 3,657 square feet. The neighborhood is located along West Villages Parkway and Manasota Beach Road.

“Everly expands the homebuying opportunities and introduces custom choices in our community while offering well-rounded lifestyle amenities focused on connections and a waterfront vibe,” Rick Severance, president of Wellen Park, says in a release.

Wellen Park is being built on 11,000 acres, including 7,000 acres of undeveloped land, and when fully built will have 22,000 homes and more than 60,000 residents.

There are 13 neighborhoods announced within Wellen Park, according to its website. Homes within the Everly neighborhood start in the $700,000s. The other three homebuilders listed for the neighborhood are Sarasota-based homebuilders Lee Wetherington and John Cannon, as well as Lakewood Ranch-based Neal Signature.
